From the creator of the early 2010s IWBTG fangame I Wanna Be The Boshy; found in an archive of his old website, solgryn.org. Only the first level is modified aside from graphical/text changes.

I'd like to point out that this hack modifies the European version of Super Mario Bros., considering the creator is from Denmark. Nonetheless...
