900 Time Challenge

Description

Concept hack that involves the timer carrying over to the next levels you clear. 1UPs gives up +100 additional MT in return instead. As the name persists, how far can you make it without the use of warps?

(Warning: Do note that getting a 1UP while your timer is at 9xx overflows it to 0xx...)
